Prices

All prices shown are inclusive of GST.  Cake Images reserves the right to change our prices without notice.

Shipping

We have a non rural freight price of $8 (incl GST) to all areas of New Zealand (additional rural charges apply)

Your parcel will be sent out by courier.  International shipping charges will be calculated and advised by email prior to shipping.  We will not send any product internationally without first obtaining emailed approval from you.

We aim to send out your parcel within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.  If you have not received your parcel within 5-6 business days, please email us and we will track your parcel with our courier (please allow an additional 2 business days for rural delivery). If upon receipt, any of your items are damaged, please contact us straight away.  All of our products are checked to ensure they are in perfect condition prior to leaving Cake Images, therefore we would need to lodge a claim with the courier company.  Please photograph and retain all packaging in order for us to process a claim.

Cake Images reserves the right to refuse to print any photo, text or graphic content that is deemed to be offensive or in breach of copyright.  In this event, you will be given the choice of providing an alternative image, graphic or wording, or being issued with a refund.

Cake Images will make every effort to reproduce your image to the highest possible quality, however, it should be noted that your image will be printed on fondant icing sheets, using food colouring.  Our printing is reliant on our customers providing us with good quality images, and can occasionally be restricted by the limitations of food colouring.  Slight colour changes and image quality may occur, this is normal and will not be accepted as reason for return and/or refund.

Privacy Policy

Cake Images is committed to maintaining our customers privacy.  We will never share your information with any 3rd party. As with most online stores, our customers orders are recorded transactions, however we do not have access or information regarding your credit card.

From time to time Cake Images will use your email address to advise you of any promotions and special offers via an email newsletter.  If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, please click 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any Cake Images email.
